What makes us different is that we’re not just coaches. Our team includes licensed financial planners and investment advisors with more than 36 years of combined experience. We’ve built and grown a multi-million-dollar, award-winning financial firm, and we bring that same level of knowledge, integrity, and care to PowHERhouse.

Because we work within a regulated financial environment, everything we share is shaped by strict ethical and compliance standards. That means our guidance is thoughtful, responsible, and rooted in real financial strategy—not trends, opinions, or one-size-fits-all advice.

Our mission also extends beyond our community. We reinvest a portion of every dollar we earn into nonprofits that empower women and girls.

We’re here to create a space where women feel informed, supported, and confident as they grow their wealth and make empowered decisions.

Our Why

PowHERhouse wasn’t created because the world needed another coaching program. It was created because too many women were being told what to do without being given the education, confidence, or support to create lasting change.

After years of helping clients build wealth and navigate major financial decisions, I saw the same pattern over and over again. Knowledge alone wasn’t enough. Women needed a place where they could ask questions without judgment, gain confidence, stay accountable, and grow alongside other women who understood the journey.

That’s why PowHERhouse was built.

It’s a community rooted in education, encouragement, and real-world expertise—a place where women can grow their confidence, strengthen their financial foundation, and build lives they’re proud of.

Communication

The only way we are able to truly help you and get the results you want is by clear and vulnerable communication. Our firm has grown and gotten through difficult times and came through the other side. Communication and ability to articulate what we need, what you want, and how you want to achieve something is one of the best pathways to success.

Nicholle brings a thoughtful, straight-talking approach that inspires action and helps audiences push past their excuses. She skillfully integrates her own life experiences, creating a relatable and empathetic connection, while energizing the entire group with a spirit of possibility and momentum. As the host of our International Women’s Day event, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees who felt both encouraged and motivated by Nicholle’s talk. She was responsive and intentional in our pre-planning phase and mindful of a diverse audience in the delivery of her keynote address and Q&A. We were truly honored to have her as our speaker!

Thank you to Nicholle Overkamp for your incredible Financial Wellness program for our staff team. The Own Your Financial Future Financial Wellness workshop for our staff was one of the most informative and engaging financial sessions I have ever attended. In a short virtual session our employees learned comprehensive financial information in an accessible way that met our employees wherever they are on their financial journey. I learned new things myself and I have been working professionally for over 20 years. The information was valuable and the presentation style was judgment free and supportive, and so for those who are afraid or nervous to talk about finances, the atmosphere helped people to feel comfortable learning and asking questions. I cannot recommend this workshop enough to employers to offer to your employees. Our staff members asked us to offer this session and the feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. We plan to make this an annual offering for our staff. Thank you again – it truly was a wonderful session.
